Sales Director - B2B Networking - Western Europe [IC Role]
Our client is a leading provider of cutting‑edge network software and hardware, committed to delivering unparalleled performance, reliability, and scalability to their clients worldwide.
We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Sales Director to support the growing Western Europe business operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a successful sales process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the brand in Western Europe among the Service Provider vertical (ISPs, MSO, DC / AI, and Cloud Providers), with a strong emphasis on Datacenter and SONiC deployments.
- Develop, manage, and nurture new Sales Channels, Distributors, System Integrators, and business partners to meet Sales targets for the region.
- Responsible for in direct and direct sales processes.
- Develop new leads and opportunities to meet pipeline requirements.
- Establish a strong market presence within the territory.
- Implement quarterly and annual sales work plans.
- Travel for in‑person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
Requirements
- MUST : 5+ years of proven sales record of Carrier Grade routing equipment to mid and large Service Providers.
- MUST : Proven experience selling solutions to the Datacenter / AI market.
- MUST : A "hunter" with proven experience running long, B2B sales cycle processes and a proven track record of closing large deals.
- Excellent familiarity and previous relationships with the Service Provider vertical, specifically with Tier 2 / 3 ISPs, MSO, DC, AI, and Cloud Providers.
- Excellent familiarity and previous relationships with major networking equipment, Distributors and Resellers in this territory, targeting the Service Providers vertical.
- Ability to present solutions to C-level management, as well as technical and business levels.
- Strong knowledge and prior involvement in selling SONiC-based solutions is a major advantage.
- Strong background in Networking / routing IP / MPLS technologies is a plus.
- Well-versed in the Digital space, including social media to drive Sales Generation.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
