Our Spanish team, consisting of 20 members, is an integral part of our EMEA presence, combining local expertise with our broader vision to deliver innovative solutions tailored to diverse markets.

You Will :
  • Identify new sales opportunities (direct clients) and convert them into RTB House customers;
  • Develop new business by establishing relationships with prospective clients;
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and propose tailored tech solutions;
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting Tier 1 companies to grow the business locally;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (account management, technical teams);
  • Create formal offers and present them to potential customers;
  • Maintain high levels of customer relationship management and interaction;
  • Report sales process status to the Head of Sales for both existing and potential customers;
  • Implement short-term and long-term market development strategies;
  • Attend training sessions to develop professional and technical knowledge.

This is an individual contributor role.

Desired Experience :
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in consultative B2B sales, directly selling to clients/brands, with the ability to operate with C-Level executives (CMO, Head of Acquisition);
  • Established network in e-commerce, retail, travel, classified, or telco industries is a significant advantage;
  • Understanding of online advertising, performance marketing, and RTB models;
  • Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work and exceed results in a dynamic team environment;
  • Ambition, eagerness to learn, and high team spirit;
  • Native Spanish speaker; fluent in English;
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
