Una empresa líder en soluciones ferroviarias busca un Director Comercial para impulsar su crecimiento. Este papel implica gestionar relaciones con clientes, elaborar planes comerciales, y coordinar con otros departamentos. Se requiere experiencia de al menos 8 años en un puesto similar, licenciatura en áreas relacionadas, y un nivel avanzado de inglés. Disponibilidad para viajar es necesaria.

Formación

• Más de 8 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en una empresa manufacturera.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés requerido (se valora el francés o alemán).
• Disponibilidad para viajar por España y Europa.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborar y cumplir el Plan Comercial en línea con el Plan Estratégico.
• Visitar y gestionar clientes para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos anuales.
• Actuar como vínculo entre los Departamentos de Ingeniería, Compras y Producción.

Wabtec es un proveedor líder mundial de equipos, sistemas, soluciones digitales y servicios de valor añadido para los sectores ferroviarios de mercancías y pasajeros.

La planta de Urnieta está especializada en el diseño y la fabricación de piezas de caucho-metal para elementos de suspensión en la industria ferroviaria.

¿Cómo marcarás la diferencia?

Como Director Comercial , serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa alcanzando los objetivos de ventas mediante la creación de relaciones sólidas con los clientes, la comprensión de sus necesidades y la propuesta de soluciones.

¿Cómo será un día típico para ti?

1. Elaboración y cumplimiento del Plan Comercial en línea con el Plan Estratégico.

2. Visitar a clientes y gestionar los mismos (principalmente Exportación) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos anuales.

3. Gestionar las ofertas comerciales.

4. Actuar como vínculo entre los Departamentos de Ingeniería, Compras y Producción para facilitar la cooperación interdepartamental y asegurar así la satisfacción del cliente.

5. Reportar KPIs a Dirección General.

6. Liderar las sinergias a nivel de Grupo.

¿Qué queremos saber sobre ti?

• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o campo afín

• +8 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en una empresa manufacturera

• Nivel avanzado de inglés (se valora el francés o el alemán)

• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación

• Proactividad e iniciativa

Disponibilidad para viajar por España y Europa
