A leading technology company based in Spain is seeking an experienced business development professional. This full-time role requires managing relationships with traditional dealers in the mowing and pool cleaning sectors, focusing on acquiring new customers and ensuring their development. Strong communication skills and fluency in Spanish are essential, along with the ability to travel across Spain and the EU.

Formación

  • Self-motivated, organized, and resilient with strategic and hands-on capabilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish; English language skills are a plus.
  • Willing to travel across Spain and the EU.

Responsabilidades

  • Support channel strategy execution and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in building relationships with customers, including distributors.
  • Coordinate communication for new product introduction to partners.
  • Collect market information and analyze competitors.
  • Onboard and maintain new dealers.

Summary : This is a full-time role where you need to be able to manage the business both as a farmer and a hunter. You are used to working with traditional dealers on mowing and pool cleaning categories, mainly focusing on bringing in new customers and managing them to develop all their potential.

Location : Spain

Job responsibilities :
  • Support channel strategy execution and assist in achieving business development and sales targets in Iberia markets
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers, including distributors and dealers
  • Support new product introduction to partners, from coordinating the communication to product launch, in line with their assortment selection process.
  • Collect market information and assist in analyzing competitors and industry trends.
  • Responsible for onboarding and maintaining new dealers across the region.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • 3 . Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Self-motivated, organized, and resilient, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational capability
  • Fluent in Spanish (English will be a plus)
  • Travel across Spain and the EU
