We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience and 1 year in management. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering an exceptional first impression and establishing long-term relationships.
  • Lead sales processes from lead to close, acting as the main contact for clients, guiding sales strategies, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, focusing initially on Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Provide a world-class customer experience by prioritizing customer and prospect satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Communicate the value of solutions convincingly through verbal and written communication, helping customers envision the benefits of Microsoft technologies.
  • Qualify prospects and leads into opportunities using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Meet and exceed targets for new revenue, sales pipeline, and product usage, aiming for 200 leads and 30 opportunities per month with high daily activity (60-90 touchpoints).
  • Utilize social media, digital channels, video chats, phone, and demos to effectively reach, engage, and manage customers.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve business offerings, acting as the Voice of the Customer.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Dutch (C1) with excellent spoken and written communication skills, plus fluency in English.
  • High school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry.
  • At least 1 year of account or customer management experience.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, and experience from retail sales internships or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure / Modern Workplace / BizApps is a plus.
  • A proven track record of outstanding performance, with initiative to work independently, improve skills, and seek continuous growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills capable of engaging via phone, email, video, and presentations.
  • Basic knowledge of the IT industry with the ability to quickly learn about new products and solutions.
  • Goal-driven, motivated by exceeding sales targets through strategic leadership and collaboration.
  • Strong time management skills, able to work autonomously with integrity.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
