Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join the team at our Curio Collection by Hilton Cáceres . The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing proactive sales strategies, managing key accounts, and positioning the hotel successfully in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements the hotel’s sales plan, focusing on proactive account management.
  • Identifies business opportunities and grows revenue through corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
  • Manages relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators.
  • Works closely with Hilton’s commercial tools (OnQ, PEP), CRM systems, and RMS solutions.
  • Participates in trade fairs, site inspections, and promotional events.
  • Coordinates with the marketing and revenue departments to ensure aligned strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within 4* or 5* hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cáceres market and regional dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages (French, German, Portuguese) are a plus.
  • Experience with RMS tools (e. g. , Duetto, IDeaS), Opera or similar PMS, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
