Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven European Sales Manager to expand our market presence across Southern Europe. This role will focus on developing sales within Spain, Italy, and Portugal, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the process filtration sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Southern European region (Spain, Italy, Portugal).
  • Identify, manage, and grow relationships with key accounts in the process filtration sector.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers.
  • Represent Amazon Filters at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales within process filtration, industrial filtration, or related sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Southern Europe.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
