Under Armour, Inc. in Málaga seeks a proactive Sales Keyholder to support store leaders, drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain energy on every shift.

This role is a stepping stone into leadership, requiring strong customer focus and a passion for sport and performance gear. You will open and close the store, support in achieving KPI targets, and help keep the store neat, stocked, and inviting while delivering excellent Athlete service.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule; including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Moderate knowledge of industry/retail operations and applying this knowledge to create solutions.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Can stand, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs during each shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Support in driving sales and KPI target achievement.
• Act as the leader on duty and model brand service standards.
• Provide in-depth information related to a wide portfolio of technical products.
• Partner with store leadership in maintaining standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
• Evaluate store sales and payroll goals using payroll reports and tools; adjust schedules.
• Build Athlete loyalty through in-store experience and apps.
