Under Armour in Culleredo, Galicia, Spain is seeking a Sales Keyholder to be the right hand to store leaders, driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining energetic shifts. The role offers growth into leadership and requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

You will open/close the store, manage loss prevention, and provide product knowledge to customers. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, fluent local language, basic English, and a passion for delivering

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.
• Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Moderate knowledge of retail operations and applying this knowledge to create solutions.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
