Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support the Store Manager by driving sales, profitability, and other key store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments for productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maximize presentation and brand standards.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and store audit results.
• Lead or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
• Support omni-channel efforts through Apps, Social campaigns and athlete contests.
• Deliver a compelling vision aligned with UA Core Competencies.
• Drive teammate engagement and development; recognize outstanding performance.
• Address teammate performance issues promptly.
• Communicate priority issues to the Store Manager and suggest solutions.
• Reinforce Under Armour Policies and Procedures with the team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
