Formación

We are a Legal Tech Boutique that’s wired differently to simplify our customers' lives. Location: Barcelona office – Spain.

You will be part of the Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Coordinator. We are looking for a B2C / B2B Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving growth and enhancing our client experience. You will handle high-value leads, guide potential clients through our services, and ensure a seamless and consultative sales process. Act as a Sales Representative within the Sales Team, striving to exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Handle B2C and B2B pipeline management, from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress tracking.
  • Support the Marketing team with accurate pipeline management, lead routing, client segmentation, and CRM tracking.
  • Work closely with the Sales Coordinator, providing suggestions and feedback to improve team performance and delivering tasks and projects.
  • Get trained on Lexidy’s sales process, learning how to qualify, nurture, follow-up and close a lead.
  • Get trained about immigration and corporate legal services in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Mexico or new countries.
  • Shadow fellow Sales Representatives and lawyers.
Qualifications
  • In the last year of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
  • Preference: Business / Sales / Marketing academic or professional background.
  • Professional experience in customer-facing industries (Legal, Retail, Real Estate, Insurance, Fintech) mainly selling services.
  • Experience in B2B is also a must.
  • Experience with Sales Navigator or any outbound tools is a plus.
  • HubSpot is a plus.
  • You are an English speaker, native or bilingual.
