Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Actively explore the Spanish and surrounding markets; Identify and engage potential clients, maintain strong customer relationships, and lead bidding and tendering processes.
  • Project Execution: Manage the execution of local projects, including technical coordination, commercial negotiations, and contract fulfillment; Serve as a bridge between headquarters and clients to ensure smooth technical and business communication.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese and / or Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or other engineering-related fields (preferred).
  • Previous experience in technical sales or project management is an advantage.
  • For candidates with outstanding commercial skills and strong market insight, technical background requirements may be more flexible.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required.
