A leading eCommerce growth platform is seeking a Sales Manager based in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of sales experience in SaaS or eCommerce, be fluent in English and Spanish, and demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills. Sales Manager

At Growave, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth across the EU and US markets. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound leads, build relationships with eCommerce brands, and help them unlock the full potential of Growave’s platform.

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.

Conduct intro and demo calls with prospective clients in English and Spanish (other European languages are a plus).

Use tools like Amplemarket to drive outbound sales and uncover new opportunities.

Track progress in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and ensure accurate sales forecasting.

Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or BDR / SDR roles within SaaS, Shopify, or eCommerce industries - required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages like French, German, or Portuguese are a plus).
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, communication, and relationship building.
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
  • Adaptable and effective in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
