• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or application engineering within an industrial or technical environment.
• Solid understanding of valve industry products and applications.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong personal drive, resilience, and passion for achieving results.
• Strong command of the English language, with ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 60% for customer visits across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive the strategic direction of the Isolation Valves in Iberia, including the shape and execution of the Go-To-Market strategy.
• Own the business forecasting and budget-setting process for the business, ensuring clear priorities.
• Define account planning approach, identify growth opportunities and translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Lead, organize, manage and coach ISV Iberia team capable of delivering ambitious business objectives, leveraging their skills and capacities to drive performance.
• Establish and manage effective governance processes, including KPIs, productivity assessments and performance reviews.
• Represent Emerson in senior-level commercial negotiations.
• Ensure strong customer relationships that support consistent business growth and work closely with key Iberia stakeholders to maximize business potential.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement to drive innovation and productivity gains.

As Sales Director, Isolation Valves Iberia, you will define and execute the commercial strategy, drive business performance, and lead a high-performing Isolation Valves sales organization in Iberia. You will build trusted relationships with customers, industry partners and senior stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and influencing strategic decisions.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the next phase of growth for Emerson's Isolation Valves in Iberia through a newly created role designed to accelerate business.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Strategy Development:
  • Lead and drive the strategic direction of the Isolation Valves in Iberia, including the shape and execution of the Go-To-Market strategy.
