A global leader in licensed collectibles is seeking a Sales Director for the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal). This role will involve developing and executing the sales strategy, leading a team, and driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in B2B sales leadership, particularly within the licensed consumer goods sector. The position requires fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese as a strong advantage. This is a remote role.

As we continue to grow across Europe, we’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results-oriented Sales Director for the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal) to take the lead in building our presence across key retail and distribution channels.
As Sales Director, you'll be the driving force behind our go-to-market strategy in the region. You'll lead sales planning, execution, and team development, ensuring our products are front and centre wherever fans shop—from major retailers to specialty stores and e-commerce platforms. This is a key leadership position responsible for developing regional strategies and driving revenue growth in alignment with our global objectives.
