We're FERO, a fast-growing SaaS startup fixing broken checkouts for eCommerce brands. We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join us at the ground level and help build pipeline from the front lines.

About the position

As an SDR you’ll be hands‑on in shaping how we generate pipeline. This is a high‑impact, high‑growth opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn fast, iterate quickly, and play a key role in a fast‑moving SaaS startup.

You’ll be working side‑by-side with the founders and the sales team, sharpening messaging, testing new angles, and learning what it takes to build a high‑velocity sales machine.

You’ll be cold calling, emailing, and driving conversations that lead to meetings. You’ll work directly with the sales team and see exactly how deals are shaped and closed.

Reporting directly to the Co‑Founder, you will focus on :
  • Prospect, research, and cold call high-potential eCommerce brands
  • Book meetings that turn into real revenue (and earn your share of the success)
  • Work closely with the sales team to test scripts, sharpen messaging, and break into new verticals
  • Learn how high‑velocity SaaS sales works the real way
We’re looking for someone who has :
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles
  • Experience in SaaS and / or e‑commerce space is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships when speaking to prospectsHigh motivation and a self‑starter attitude that will help you achieve your targets 💪
  • You’re comfortable on the phone and not afraid of hearing “no” (in fact, you know how to get to the “no” quickly and qualify rigorously)
  • You are based in Madrid
