A leading sales organization is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation across Europe. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and be proficient in CRM tools. This fully remote role offers a base salary of €15,000 – €18,000 annually with performance-based commissions. The candidate must be adaptable and willing to travel occasionally for business events.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and qualification across Europe. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and able to build strong commercial relationships within an international environment. This role is fully remote, but requires availability for occasional travel to business meetings, trade shows, or events across the region.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

Actively prospect and qualify new business opportunities.

Convert marketing-generated MQLs into SQLs.

Maintain accurate and updated CRM records.

Schedule meetings and product demos with Sales Managers.

Follow up on leads through the sales funnel until conversion.

Provide feedback to marketing regarding lead quality and performance.

Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.

💼 Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR roles.

Experience working with international clients.

Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).

Languages: Advanced English (C1/C2) required and an additional European language (French, Italian, Portuguese, or German).

Based in any European country.

Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.

Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented profile.

💰 Compensation

Contract type: Contractor (freelance).

Base salary: €15,000 – €18,000 per year.

Commissions: 5 – 7 % based on performance.
