What You’ll Do
  • Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts using calls, email, and LinkedIn to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound leads from Marketing campaigns, events, and the website with speed and rigor.
  • Secure high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring visibility on activity and results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns and with Sales to refine target account strategies.
  • Continuously improve outreach cadences, messaging, and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3+ years of proven success as an SDR / BDR in B2B SaaS.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and leading conversations with executives.
  • Strong track record booking qualified meetings and hitting pipeline targets.
  • Skilled at both outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
  • Organized, disciplined, and data-driven — you take CRM hygiene seriously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
  • Resilient, curious, and motivated by results.
