Neurored is a profitable, fast-growing SaaS company in logistics technology, built 100% on Salesforce. Trusted by global enterprises with multi-million contracts, we’re scaling our go-to-market team and looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth engine.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts using calls, email, and LinkedIn to engage senior decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound leads from Marketing campaigns, events, and the website with speed and rigor.
- Secure high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring visibility on activity and results.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns and with Sales to refine target account strategies.
- Continuously improve outreach cadences, messaging, and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of proven success as an SDR / BDR in B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and leading conversations with executives.
- Strong track record booking qualified meetings and hitting pipeline targets.
- Skilled at both outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
- Organized, disciplined, and data-driven — you take CRM hygiene seriously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
- Resilient, curious, and motivated by results.
