Location : Fully remote, EU timezone (CET + / - 2 hours)

Languages : English is mandatory; French is a plus

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing SaaS organization. This is a remote position within Europe and offers a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound sales development.

Responsabilities
  • Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential customers.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts across the SaaS, cloud, and enterprise technology sectors.
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth handover of opportunities to the sales team.
  • Clearly articulate the companys value proposition and solutions to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate data on leads, activities, and opportunities within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity-based KPIs such as calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Stay up to date with cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and AI market trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an SDR / BDR role, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven technology companies.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills across multiple channels.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Must be based in Europe and available to work across European time zones.
