Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Ideally at least 1 year business experience preferably in B2B relationship
  • Experience in the management and execution of outbound / inbound activities
  • Proven sales drive
  • Good IT / preferably business software knowledge and understanding of SAP solutions
  • Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business context
  • Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Required language skills : Polish (level C2)
  • Verbal and written communications skills in English (C1)
  • Execute effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound (taking incoming calls cold / warm calling social selling emailing)
  • Generate qualify nurture and handover leads and opportunities
  • Regularly review of lead pipeline and progression; proactively give qualitative feedback on campaigns
