As a Sales Development Representative , you will :

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a strong first impression and expanding a client portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill the needs of small and medium-sized businesses using leading cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the “Voice of Customer.”

Qualifications :

  • Are bilingual or proficient in Flemish and fluent in English.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success, or experience in sales account management or customer relations.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
  • Possession of Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and / or Business Applications.
