What You'll Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, delivering an excellent first impression and building strong relationships.
  • Advise companies on how to integrate and optimise cloud‑based solutions to improve their operations.
  • Identify business opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and provide valuable feedback to improve products and processes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, helping shape future business strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • Native or fluent Danish speaker with good command of English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management or customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and consultative mindset.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling or supporting products like MS Azure, Office 365 or Dynamics 365.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure, Modern Workplace or BizApps.
