What You´ll Be Doing :

Be the first point of contact for new clients and deliver an unforgettable first impression

Build and grow your own portfolio of customers while nurturing long-term relationships

Act as a trusted cloud advisor , helping companies unlock the full potential of modern cloud technologies

Partner with internal experts to identify, up-sell and cross-sell tailored solutions for small and medium businesses

Gather client insights and share their feedback youll be the Voice of the Customer inside our organization

What You Bring :

You´re fluent in Danish (C2) and comfortable in English

You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success ideally in the IT or SaaS world

You´re tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have :

Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365

Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps)
