This role requires 3 days per week in the office in Madrid
As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for some of the region’s most exciting companies. You don’t need a background in sales - just a passion for learning, strong communication skills, and the drive to make an impact. We’ll provide you with all the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed and grow quickly.
In this role, you’ll research companies, craft tailored outreach, and connect with decision makers to introduce them to Personio’s intelligent HR platform. You’ll develop valuable business skills, gain exposure to the latest in SaaS and HR tech, and work alongside talented colleagues - both in Madrid and across our international offices - who are as ambitious as you are. At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
