A booking and communications platform is seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage Spanish-speaking prospects. This remote role focuses on cold calling to book meetings for account executives. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, strong communication skills, and empathy to connect with small business owners. Flexibility in vacation and support from the sales team are provided.
Momence is a next‑generation booking and communications platform for experience‑based businesses such as yoga and pilates studios, gyms, dance schools, salons, spas, golf facilities, and more. We support over 5,500 businesses with scheduling, payments, communications, marketing solutions, and backend automation. Through our Momence app, hundreds of thousands of customers book their wellness experiences each month.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative dedicated to the Spanish market. In this pioneering role, you will be the first point of contact with Spanish‑speaking prospective customers, educating them on how Momence can help grow their business and free up valuable time. Your focus will be cold calling outbound leads, with the goal of booking meetings with prospective customers for our Account Executives. Your quota is based on qualified opportunities produced from your booked meetings.
This role supports Momence’s top‑of‑the‑funnel outbound lead qualification. We set the expectation that new SDRs will spend about 12 months learning, growing, and contributing to the team before progressing to another role within Momence.
It is a full‑time, fully remote, employed position. Candidates must be residing in Barcelona or Madrid.
You love speaking with people, enjoy tackling tricky problems, and aren’t the least bit skittish about cold calling. You’re hungry to connect with prospects who respond well to empathy, active listening, curiosity, drive, and customer focus. If you’re driven by quota attainment, love helping small‑business owners out, are a clever problem solver, have at least a year of successful sales experience, and feel comfortable with sales fundamentals (closing, overcoming objections, driving the conversation, etc.), this could be a great role for you.
