What you'll do

As a Sales Development Associate, you will be the first connection between SAP and organizations exploring how to transform the way they work. Your role is to identify prospects, start meaningful conversations, and qualify opportunities that help businesses on their journey of change. You will:

  • Introduce organizations to SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX—solutions that empower companies to rethink, adapt, and continuously improve how they run.
  • Explain how SAP Signavio analyzes and optimizes processes to respond faster to change.
  • Explain how SAP LeanIX provides transparency into IT landscapes to ensure the right technologies support strategy.
  • Help organizations gain clarity and confidence to make better decisions.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to design outreach strategies, build pipeline, and ensure prospects understand the value of business transformation.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, strong communication skills, and a drive to learn as core success factors.
  • Contribute to SAP’s mission to help the world run better and improve people’s lives by opening doors to transformation.

What you bring
  • Graduate (f/m/d) of a university with up to 3 years after graduation
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Proven experience in sales development, business development, or other customer-facing roles
  • Computer skills: Outreach, Sales Navigator, SAP CRM, ZoomInfo, Lusha
  • Language skills: Fluent in English & Dutch (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
