Overview

Job Title: Sales Coach (English and Spanish-speaking) – On-site in Olivenza.

What You Will Do


  • Lead and maintain a high-performing, collaborative sales culture, ensuring teams meet or exceed KPI targets through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

  • Partner with Team Leaders to track daily sales performance, implement Get to Green and performance improvement plans, and drive incremental results.

  • Develop sales talent through ongoing training, 1:1 coaching, calibrations, and mentoring, ensuring clear succession planning and capability building across the organization.

  • Monitor and analyze sales and quality metrics, customer feedback, and market/program trends to identify improvement opportunities, share insights with leadership, and refine strategies.

  • Actively engage with customers (about 30% of time) to maintain frontline expertise and credibility, while supporting quality and sales excellence.

  • Foster team engagement and motivation through inclusive recognition programs, competitive events, and morale-boosting initiatives, both on-site and in work-at-home environments.


Your Qualifications


  • Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and are advanced in English.

  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service, training or sales capacity.

  • Expertise in training within your peer group.

  • Experience in high-volume calling.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

  • Technical skills in MS Office.

  • Experience prioritizing concurrent projects and demonstrating project management skills.

  • Experience demonstrating multiple strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience.
