Your Qualifications
  • Are proficient or bilingual in English.
  • Have 1–3 years of customer service, inside sales, or chat support experience (especially in tech or electronics).
  • Have a passion for or experience with technology and HP products.
  • Communicate with clarity and empathy—written and spoken.
  • Are confident working on camera and presenting products.
  • Are skilled with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and digital sales platforms.
  • Are friendly, self-driven, positive, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
  • Are a team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
What you will do
  • Engage with B2B customers via live chat, email, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and recommend suitable HP products.
  • Demonstrate HP products and features via video call.
  • Convert inbound/outbound chat conversations into qualified leads and sales, helping to increase sales and market share.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer profiles.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by answering queries efficiently and confidently.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of HP’s offerings, market trends, and competitors.
  • Manage CRM records accurately, logging all interactions and pipeline stages.
  • Support marketing campaigns, scriptwriting, translations, and training material development.
  • Assist with inventory reporting, merchandising, and occasional filming support, including possible after-hours tasks.
  • Handle multiple conversations professionally in a fast-paced environment.
