Job summary

Panasonic Europe is seeking a dynamic professional to join our multinational team in Barcelona. The role focuses on business administration and controlling support, acting as a vital link between sales, finance, and operations to ensure data accuracy and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business administration/controlling department or similar business support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Credit notes work flow management.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and financial controls.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers to align sales with company policies.
• Support budget, forecast and business planning activities with accurate data.
• Coordinate administrative activities with business partners ensuring smooth processes and timely issue resolution.
• Act as a key interface between sales, finance, supply chain and service department.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of commercial master data.

• 2–5 years of experience in business administration/controlling department or similar business support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to details
• Strong Excel skills, experience with ERP system (SAP preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent or mother tongue in Italian and Spanish
