Henkel in Barcelona is seeking a Sales & Commercial Insights Assistant to support the Key Account Management team, perform market data analysis, and generate actionable insights to drive growth. You will extract and monitor sales information, including promotional performance, new product tracking, and competitor leaflets, while keeping daily and monthly datasets up to date.

A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, fluent Spanish and English, and strong Excel skills are required, with a

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Fluent level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Proactive attitude with a high level of motivation to develop a career in Sales and Commercial Management.

Responsabilidades

Support the Key Account Management (KAM) team in daily business operations.
Conduct market data analysis and generate actionable insights.
Extract and analyze sales information, including promotional performance, new product development tracking, and competitor leaflet monitoring.
Maintain and update sales data on a daily and monthly basis.
Support strategic projects related to distribution channel development, point-of-sale initiatives, implementation of new sales tools, and other commercial excellence projects.
