Job summary

Qualifications

• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about our products to drive sales.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store and manage front and back of house tasks.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience and assist with POS processes.
