Job summary

Under Armour Marbella is seeking a Sales Associate for part-time and full-time hours (30 hours weekly) to serve customers and maintain store presentation. The role involves promoting the brand, driving sales, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment in Marbella, Málaga, ES.

The position requires flexible scheduling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across front and back of store tasks, including POS and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA)
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Able to perform essential functions and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Handle front and back of house and POS/payments
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate well within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Promote customer loyalty by explaining our Rewards program
