Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Málaga, ES is seeking a Sales Associate, PT (25 hours) to deliver standout customer experiences, drive sales, and keep the store sharp. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and process omni-channel requests in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Comfortable with technology such as computers and handheld/mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share product knowledge with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Promote loyalty by explaining the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy.
