How to WOW.

• Speak with existing Swedish-speaking customers over the phone – no cold calls, just warm, engaged conversations

• Convert customer orders to our home brand products where they’re the perfect fit

• Spot upselling opportunities – from bigger packs of cartridges to extra paper bundles

• Process orders in the 123inkt order management system (easy to learn!)

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers
