Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to join our German-speaking Acquisition team within our iGaming call center operations in Madrid. This role focuses on converting high-intent leads into first-time depositors through engaging communication and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have native-level German, a high level of English, and strong interest or experience in sales, acquisition, or customer interaction within the iGaming, Casino, Sportsbook, or Forex industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage with high-intent leads to convert them into first-time depositors.
  • Follow approved acquisition scripts, call flows, and objection-handling techniques designed for German-speaking markets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Accurately record and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the team and other departments (CRM, Retention, Marketing) to align acquisition efforts.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and coaching activities to continuously improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during all interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive, results-driven, and team-oriented culture.
Requirements
  • Native-level German – Mandatory.
  • High level of English (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments – Preferred.
  • Background in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, or Forex – Strong advantage.
  • Understanding of CRM systems, call processes, and lead conversion strategies – Advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with standard office software and online communication tools.
  • Based in Madrid.
