Rointe, a leader in electric heating products, seeks a Sales & Admin Support to join our team at Santomera, Murcia. You will oversee the entire order process, ensure customers are correctly parameterised, and manage refunds or compensations to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Area Sales Managers, monitor KPIs, and maintain detailed CRM records. The role requires strong phone-based customer handling and team collaboration in a growth-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience in a similar position.

• Sales experience.
• Strong ability to handle customers over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire order process and ensure on-time processing.
• Parameterise customers in the system to optimise their orders.
• Manage customer claims for quick, satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
• Track customer service KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain the CRM with complete records of interactions.
• Provide assistance to customers on product use and custom solutions.
• Communicate with Area Sales Managers to anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Manage refunds or compensation policies to maintain satisfaction.
• Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaints.

This position is 100% on-site at our facilities in Santomera, Murcia.

The role:

• Overseeing the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
• Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
• Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
• Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
• Providing assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
• Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Manager are accurate and up to date.
• Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.
