A robotics solutions provider in Madrid is looking for a sales professional with key account management experience. The role requires at least 3 years in the retail industry, fluent English, and proven sales capabilities in cleaning equipment. Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Formación

Responsibilities
  • Explore potential customers and reserve high-quality client resources based on performance goals. Achieve sales targets in the assigned market and ensure consistent performance growth.
  • Familiarize yourself with local market dynamics. Take charge of developing and maintaining key account relationships in overseas markets, build strong and stable partnerships, expand market share, and secure a defined number of flagship clients.
  • Handle day-to-day operations including overseas customer inquiries, quotations, order fulfillment, pre-sales training, and after-sales service to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Regularly report on market conditions in alignment with business development progress and needs. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans.
  • Gather market feedback and user insights, research industry trends and competitor products, and provide constructive suggestions for product improvement and strategic development.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan and implement local sales and promotional activities, enhance brand awareness and influence, and support the achievement of sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in national or regional key account (KA) sales. Fluency in English is required for daily work communication.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry / Horeca industry is required, with proven ability to navigate retail customer structures and sales processes.
  • Proven sales experience in cleaning equipment or cleaning robots, with a solid understanding of robotics and their applications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, strong business acumen, keen insight into customer needs, and the ability to respond promptly and accurately.
  • Experience in participating in international exhibitions and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns. Successful project cases are a plus.
  • Resilient under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive, and a fast learner. Capable of effective teamwork and result-driven project management.
