  • Define and implement the sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring performance development.
  • Build relationships with key clients and partners across various regions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and oversee strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Oversee pipeline management and reporting to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand visibility.

As theSales Director,you will:

  • Define and implement LaFinteca’s overall sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market share in thePSP and fintech sectors.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring consistent performance and professional development.
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders acrossLatin America, Europe, and other strategic regions.
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop go-to-market plans, and oversee strategic partnerships that enhance LaFinteca’s product reach and revenue potential.
  • Collaborate closely withMarketing, Product, and Operationsteams to align sales initiatives with company goals and client needs.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent LaFinteca at international industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand visibility and establish new business relationships.
Your profile
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy within thePSP, fintech, or paymentprocessing industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, merchant services, e-commerce platforms, and the iGaming or fintech ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese and Spanish are highly valued.
