Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our Identity Governance & Administration team. The role focuses on development, customization and evolution of SailPoint IdentityIQ, collaborating with IGA experts and operations teams.

You will develop workflows, integrations and connectors using Java, BeanShell and REST/SOAP APIs, while supporting deployments and automation in a regulated enterprise environment. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SailPoint development and customization experience.
• Proficient in Java and BeanShell.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Linux environments.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of IGA concepts such as identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: SailPoint certification.
• Nice to have: Azure DevOps.
• Nice to have: experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID or other enterprise applications.
• Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities and enhancements in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Develop and maintain workflows, rules and custom components using Java and BeanShell.
• Develop and adapt connectors and integrations with target systems.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex IIQ issues and support the operations team in resolving development-related incidents.
• Support deployments, releases, testing and technical validation.
• Contribute to automation, CI/CD and continuous improvement of the IGA platform.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.
