Revolut, a global fintech, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager (Safeguarding) to advise on client asset protection and establish related controls in Castro, Spain. You will partner with the Compliance team to ensure regulatory adherence and robust governance across products and services.

In this role you will design safeguarding processes, support audits, and guide business teams on regulatory requirements, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in safeguarding management in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Knowledge of Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/593 and MiFID II.
• Understanding regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations.
• Experience managing control processes within a financial services firm, including front-to-back office trade flows.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with ability to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
• Experience conducting safeguarding gap analysis and supporting policy creation and implementation.
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement efficient control processes for safeguarding compliance.
• Provide technical compliance guidance to business and support functions.
• Interpret safeguarding regulations for products and services.
• Support Client Assets Oversight Officer with risk governance.
• Review client money and custody reconciliations and produce effectiveness reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and reviews related to safeguarding compliance.
