• 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Support, ideally in SaaS/software support.
• Able to explain complex topics clearly and simply.
• Professional, calm under pressure, and self-motivated to meet KPIs.

• Provide multi-channel support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Help customers maximize their use of the platform and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Consistently meet and exceed customer service KPIs.
