Belden in Madrid, Spain seeks an experienced Inside Systems Engineer to join our team. The role supports customers and partners within an Inside Sales framework, delivering technical demos, design input, and solution positioning for Ruckus networking products.

You will collaborate with ISAMs and IPAMs, perform pre-sales design, BOM creation, and training, and help drive revenue while communicating effectively in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience with IP/Wireless technologies.
• Strong enterprise networking experience: Wireless LAN, Ethernet switching, TCP/IP.
• Proven pre-sales support including solution design, demos and PoCs.
• Proficient in English for business communication.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for an experienced Inside Systems Engineer to join our growing team based in Madrid, Spain.

How You\'ll Help Us Connect the World:

This role will be focused on both the Customer and Partner communities in an Inside Sales organization working as a team, supporting Inside Sale Account Managers (ISAM) and Inside Business Partner Managers (IPAM) to design and sell Ruckus networking solutions. Primary responsibilities will focus on Ruckus Product Solutions sales and partner development/enablement for Ruckus channel partners as well as customer opportunities.

This includes performing technical demos, proof of concept trials, technical training, providing the best quality design input and review, solution-focused selling and positioning to all levels of decision-makers, and delivering presentations for customers, partners, prospects, and events.

• Pre-sales engineering design, Bill of Material creation, sales opportunity engagement, and technical training individually or in larger group settings, using multimedia or other related web technology as a delivery platform.
• Act as a technical advisor to Customers and Channel Partners and be able to differentiate and strongly position RUCKUS products.
• Assist the ISR and IPAM in driving revenue and selling solutions to obtain quota goals.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Computer, or Networking Engineering; Computer Programming; Information Technology; Management Information Systems; Computer Science; Mathematics or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of proven experience working with IP/Wireless technologies
• Strong experience with enterprise networking technologies, particularly Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), Ethernet Switching, and TCP/IP networks.
• Proven ability to provide pre-sales technical support,including solution design, technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept deployments.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
