Sulzer in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a dedicated RTR Accountant to join our Accounting team and elevate our Record to Report activities. This permanent role offers a competitive salary, international exposure, and the chance to work with leading ERP platforms in a global engineering environment.

You will support month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries, collaborating with local and global teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and management skills
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or iScala) and accounting software
• Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Fluent in English and French

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a member of the RTR team in the CoE, providing support on ad hoc topics and accounting issues
• Support with financial booking activities, ensuring IFRS compliance and Sulzer regulations
• Manage clearing, including reconciliations and adjustments, ensuring accurate records
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline accounting processes
• Support the GPO with system implementations
• Maintain and update chart of accounts and hierarchies
• Collaborate with local Finance Teams and Shared Services
• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper GL reflection
• Support period end close and subledger reconciliation
• Contribute to continuous RTR process improvements and templates
