Molins, Cemolins Servicios Compartidos, S.L. is undergoing transformation and seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive operational excellence across the Global Business Services model.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation across back-office functions to deliver superior efficiency and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and redesign end-to-end processes, documenting current and future states while identifying bottlenecks, rework, manual activities, root causes, risks, and simplification opportunities.
• Design procedures, workflows, RACI responsibility matrices, controls, and operational standards aligned with the GBS model.
• Structure and monitor improvement initiatives, including scope, objectives, milestones, stakeholders, risks, expected benefits, and action plans.
• Identify and prioritize automation, analytics, and systems improvement opportunities, translating business needs into functional requirements and coordinating testing and implementation activities.
• Participate as a functional support resource in corporate and integration projects, contributing to the standardization and improvement of back-office processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards, analyzing deviations and driving corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying structured problem-solving methodologies and techniques.
