Medtronic is seeking a Training & Education Manager to lead robotics training across Western Europe, focusing on clinical and technical content for sales, system implementation, and customer support. The role reports to Western European Surgical Sales Training and requires travel up to 50%.

The work location in Europe is flexible; the successful candidate will design and deploy programs for new employees and partner with field management to support ongoing sales team development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years combined experience in medical device sales, clinical roles, or training delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in multicultural organizations and global matrix environments.
• Operating room knowledge, ideally robotic experience.
• Experience with project management and leading multiple complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs by collaborating with regional stakeholders to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
• Training development by partnering with Global and Regional teams to design courses aligned with goals, applying standardization when possible.
• Training delivery of clinical and technical content using digital resources and methods (Blended, Synchronous, Asynchronous).
• Training evaluation through evaluations, surveys, and feedback to measure learning outcomes.
• Team collaboration to promote a learning culture and continuous improvement.
