ABB Robotics is seeking a skilled Linux Infrastructure Engineer to join the Sevensense team in Sant Quirze del Vallès, Spain, with a hybrid work model alongside Zurich. You will build and maintain the secure IT foundation enabling engineers to develop industry-leading visual navigation and localization systems.

The role focuses on deploying Linux infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting R&D with reliable IT services that keep daily operations running smoothly and securely.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in Linux Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
• Proven experience configuring Linux infrastructure for new locations or scaling environments.
• Solid knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPNs, routing), OS deployment, and endpoint management (Linux).
• You communicate in English (essential for daily collaboration with Zurich team and global stakeholders).
• Bonus points for cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and deploy core Linux infrastructure for Barcelona and Zurich sites.
• Execute migrations and upgrades from the command line with minimal downtime.
• Write automation code (Ansible, Terraform) to deploy infrastructure as code.
• Architect and maintain high-availability Linux infrastructure and enterprise storage.
• Enforce cybersecurity practices and ensure local compliance with global standards.
• Provide hands-on Linux endpoint management and day-to-day IT support for the R&D team.
