ABB in Spain is seeking a proactive R&D Project Manager to drive end-to-end R&D initiatives within the AMR GSC. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with Portfolio & Product Owners, and manage milestones under ABB's Phase & Gate framework.

You will collaborate with the R&D team, Production Unit, and other ABB Robotics stakeholders to deliver value, while maintaining strong communication in English and Spanish. This hybrid role offers opportunities for growth and continuous learning.

Formación

• 2 years of experience as project manager in R&D projects or similar.
• Industrial Engineer degree or PM engineering background.
• Proficient in PMP, agile methods, and English/Spanish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of one or more R&D projects.
• Manage R&D roadmap projects under ABB's Phase & Gate model.
• Plan, monitor and control progress to meet commitments and milestones.
• Identify interdependencies and manage project constraints to realize benefits.
• Engage stakeholders to define customer value and integrate feedback into activities.
