Insud Pharma is expanding its AI Labs to build a new automation and robotics capability in Madrid. The team focuses on automating laboratory processes, integrating instruments and robotics with software, data platforms, and AI to deliver scalable pilots.

We are seeking engineers with hands‑on experience in laboratory automation, scientific instrumentation, robotics, mechatronics, autonomous systems, and industrial automation. English proficiency is required; Spanish is highly valued.

Competenze

Experience delivering automation or robotics projects that combine software with physical equipment, instruments, sensors, or control systems.
Hands‑on experience with relevant automation, robotics, or instrumentation frameworks.
Ability to prototype quickly and translate promising concepts into practical engineering solutions.

Mansioni

Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate laboratory processes and workflows.
Design and deploy systems linking instruments, sensors, robotics, software, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
Integrate laboratory instruments with automation platforms and create reliable interfaces between hardware and digital workflows.
Develop control and orchestration software for laboratory automation, robotic workcells, and autonomous experimentation.
Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and vendors to define, deliver, and scale pilots while building internal architectures.
