Infront invites applications for a Risk & Resilience Officer to support the daily operation of Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Resilience across the organisation. You will coordinate risk processes, maintain risk registers and ensure management actions remain visible and actively managed.

Formación

• 3–6 years of enterprise risk, operational risk, technology risk or related discipline.
• Experience supporting risk management in regulated or complex organisations.
• Understanding of enterprise and operational risk management principles.
• Experience with operational resilience, business continuity or ICT risk is desirable.
• Knowledge of DORA or financial services/tech regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant degree or professional risk/resilience qualification is advantageous.

About the role

The Risk & Resilience Officer is responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day operation of Infront’s Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Resilience frameworks. Operating through Infront’s federated risk model, business and technology functions remain accountable for identifying, assessing and managing their risks. The role coordinates risk processes, supports consistent assessment and reporting, provides constructive challenge and ensures significant risk exposures and management actions remain visible and actively managed. The role also supports second-line oversight of operational and ICT resilience across Technology, Product, Information Security and Operations.

Requirements

• Approximately 3-6 years of professional experience in enterprise risk, operational risk, technology risk, operational resilience or a related discipline
• Practical experience supporting or operating risk management processes within a regulated or complex organisational environment
• Understanding of enterprise and operational risk management principles
• Exposure to operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery or ICT risk is highly desirable
• Knowledge of DORA or other financial services/technology regulatory requirements is advantageous
• Strong analytical, written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant degree or professional risk/resilience qualification is advantageous
